Live777 Payment Methods for Players in Cambodia

This page is about money in and money out — every deposit and withdrawal route a player in Cambodia is likely to meet — seen through the lens this whole site uses: what the payment route does to a bonus. A deposit can qualify for a promotion or miss it by a day, by a few riel of conversion or because the method sits on an exclusion list. A withdrawal can arrive cleanly or cancel bonus winnings that were nearly unlocked. None of that is visible on a banner, so we lay out what to check, method by method. We do not publish the operator's limits, fees or processing times as facts: which methods appear, and their limits, depend on the account — check the cashier before every first payment with a new route.

Deposit basics

Three things decide whether a deposit does what you expect: the qualifying amount of the offer you want, the currency the money arrives in, and the order of your clicks. Opt in to the promotion first, then pay. A deposit made before the opt-in is normally treated as a plain top-up, and most promotions cannot be attached afterwards. Step-by-step instructions are on the how to deposit page.

Withdrawal basics

A withdrawal request made while a bonus is still being wagered is the single most expensive mistake on this page. Depending on the promotion terms, it can cancel the bonus and every win attached to it. Finish the wagering, confirm the balance is marked as cash, then request the payout. The how to withdraw page walks through the statuses you will see.

Local rails and international ones

For readers in Cambodia the natural starting point is a local route. Wing Bank has been a commercial bank since late 2020 and runs the Wing Cash Xpress agent network, with more than 10,000 points covering every district — useful when there is no card in the wallet. ABA Bank, the largest commercial bank in the country by assets, offers ABA PAY, a QR payment taken directly from an ABA account or card. Bakong, the national interbank payment system of the National Bank of Cambodia, and its KHQR code let one QR be paid from many banking apps. Two other names worth looking for in the cashier list are TrueMoney Wallet, which keeps a riel and a dollar balance in one account, and ACLEDA Bank, whose branch network is the largest physical one in Cambodia. We have no dedicated guide for those two because we could not confirm how the operator handles them; if they appear in your cashier, the same checks on this page apply.

Cards and crypto are the international routes. They work the same way in Phnom Penh as anywhere else, which is precisely why they carry the most conversion questions: a card issued in one currency, a casino balance in another and a coin whose price moves while you play.

What a payment route cannot tell you

A working deposit button says nothing about the law. Cambodia's Law on the Management of Commercial Gambling does not allow Cambodian citizens to gamble, with state lotteries as the exception; no Cambodian licence for online casinos exists, and in September 2026 the government announced that all online operations at the country's casinos would be suspended from early October 2026. Any licence an online operator displays is foreign and belongs to that operator. Check your own legal position before you register — this site explains how payments behave, it does not say that playing is legal for you.

How payments work at Live777

Every money movement runs through one screen, the cashier, which holds both the deposit and the withdrawal tabs. The list of payment methods you see there is assembled for your account and your country, so a screenshot from a friend's account is not proof of what yours will show. One rule tends to govern the way back: casino payments usually return to the route that funded the account, so the method you choose for the first deposit quietly decides where the first withdrawal can go.

Read the cashier once before you play rather than in the middle of a bonus. Each method carries its own limits, its own currency and sometimes its own promotion status, and the method details are listed next to its icon. Ten minutes there saves the familiar situation where a deposit lands but the welcome offer does not.

Minimum deposit and the bonus threshold are two different numbers

The minimum deposit is the smallest amount the cashier accepts for a given method. The bonus threshold is the smallest deposit a promotion will match. They are set separately, and the second is usually the higher one. Readers searching for "min deposit Live777", for a low deposit casino or a min deposit casino tend to focus on the first number and get caught by the second: the money lands, the balance grows, and no bonus is attached.

Illustrative example, not a Live777 condition.

Suppose the cashier accepts US$5 (about 20,500 riel) through a QR payment, while the welcome offer only matches deposits of US$20 (about 82,000 riel) or more. A US$15 top-up is a perfectly valid deposit and a perfectly invisible one as far as the promotion is concerned, and so would a US$10 deposit be (about 41,000 riel). Topping up a second time does not usually help, because most offers look at a single qualifying payment, not at a running total.

So when you plan how to deposit and fund an account for a bonus, read the qualifying amount on the promotion page at the moment you claim, and treat any instant deposit as final: a processed payment cannot be pulled back to be redone with the right amount.

Dollars, riel and your account currency

Cambodia runs on two currencies at once. The riel is the legal tender and is what most people use for everyday purchases, especially outside the cities, while the US dollar is used for larger and commercial amounts; the informal rate sits around 4,100 riel to the dollar. A casino account, by contrast, has one currency, chosen at registration and usually fixed afterwards. The supported currencies appear in the registration form and the cashier; most readers here decide whether to play in dollars or in riel, and that choice is worth making deliberately. Whenever your bank account or card and the casino account disagree, a currency conversion happens somewhere, and the spread is paid at least once on the way in and again on the way out.

For bonus purposes the conversion matters more than the fee itself. Qualifying amounts, maximum bets and wagering targets are all set in the account currency. If you pay 82,000 riel into a dollar account and the conversion leaves you a little under the qualifying figure, the promotion is missed by a few cents. Compare the amount your bank debited with the amount credited in the transaction history after the first payment with any new route.

Crypto adds another layer. A crypto deposit is credited after network confirmations, a bitcoin deposit is valued at the rate of that moment, and a crypto withdrawal normally has to go back to a wallet on the same network. Stablecoins such as USDT track the dollar; bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin do not. Details are on the crypto payments page.

Verification before the first withdrawal

Operators verify the person they are paying before releasing money, and a bonus balance tends to make that check more thorough, not less. The usual file is short: a photo ID — for Cambodian citizens the Cambodian National Identity Card, issued from age 15 and valid for 10 years; for foreign residents a passport — a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and evidence that the payment method belongs to you. The name on the casino account, the name on the ABA, Wing or bank account and the name on the ID must be the same. A mismatch is the most common reason a first payout stalls.

Documents are uploaded inside the operator's own account area; this site never receives or stores them. Send sharp images with all four corners visible and no glare. Doing it right after registration, while nothing is waiting, means the check never sits between you and a payout.

KYC for withdrawal is normally a one-time step: once withdrawal verification is done, later requests skip it unless your details or payment method change. The cashier also shows the withdrawal methods open to your account and the minimum and maximum withdrawal for each — the minimum withdrawal stops tiny payouts, and the maximum withdrawal can split a large balance into several requests.

Payout speed, fees and limits

"Fast withdrawal" and "same day withdrawal" are search phrases, not promises, and we cannot make them on the operator's behalf. What we can describe is the shape of the wait. First the operator approves the request, which includes checking that no bonus wagering is still open. Then the rail carries the money: a QR or wallet transfer is usually quicker than a card refund or an international bank transfer, and a crypto payout depends on the network. If payout speed matters to you, finish verification early and clear the bonus before asking for money.

Treat banner wording with the same care. An "instant withdrawal", a "fast payout" or money "within 24 hours" describes the best case for an already verified account with no open bonus — not a guarantee for a first request. The only timer that applies to you is the status line of your own request.

Fees follow the same split. The operator may or may not charge one, and that figure is shown on the confirmation screen; your bank, a Wing agent or a crypto network may charge their own. Deposit limits, daily and monthly withdrawal limits and per-transaction caps are listed per method in the cashier and can change with your account level.

A "no fee casino" label usually refers only to the operator's own charge. No fee at the cashier can still mean a commission at your bank, a cash-in charge at an agent or a spread on currency conversion, so compare what left your account with what was credited. Transaction limits work the same way: the cashier figure is the operator's, and your bank or wallet may set its own daily ceiling on top.

Pending withdrawal and proof of payment

A pending withdrawal means the money has left your playable balance but has not been handed to the payment provider yet. During this window the operator matches the request against the verification file and the bonus history of the account. While a request is still pending it can usually be cancelled and returned to the balance — tempting, because it lets you keep playing, and risky for the same reason. Reversing a withdrawal to chase a loss is a pattern worth noticing in yourself.

A request for proof of payment asks you to show that the deposit came from a method in your name: a screenshot of the ABA or Wing transaction, a bank statement line, or a card statement with the middle digits hidden. Send it uncropped, with the owner, date and amount readable. Partial images are the most common reason the status refuses to move.

Payment FAQ

The questions below are the ones readers send most often about payments; each answer stays on what you can check yourself.

How long does withdrawal take at Live777?
There is no single answer, and we do not quote one for the operator. Two clocks run one after the other: the operator's review of the request, then the travel time of the rail you chose. Verification that is already finished and a bonus that is already fully wagered remove the two most common pauses. The status line in the Live777 cashier is the only timer that applies to your request.
Why does the operator ask for documents before paying out?
Before money leaves the casino, the operator checks that the account belongs to the person who funded it. Expect a photo ID — a Cambodian National Identity Card or, for foreign residents, a passport — a recent proof of address and sometimes a screenshot linking your ABA, Wing or other payment account to the same name. Uploading these before the first withdrawal request saves days later.
Who charges fees on deposits and withdrawals?
Up to three parties can: your bank or wallet, a currency conversion if your money and the casino account are held in different currencies, and the operator itself. The operator's own charge, if any, appears on the cashier confirmation screen before you press the final button, so read that screen rather than an average quoted elsewhere.
Deposit not showing in the balance — what should I do?
Check your banking app first: if the money has left your account, the payment is usually waiting on the operator's side rather than lost. Keep the transaction reference, the amount and the time, and give them to Live777 support so the transfer can be traced. If a bonus depended on that deposit, mention it in the same message, because a late credit can fall outside a promotion window.

One balance, several routes

All methods feed the same balance, and switching routes does not split your funds or reset the progress of a bonus. What switching can do is change the way back: if you deposited by card and later by Wing, the operator may ask that each part of a withdrawal returns along the route it came from. Limits differ by method too, so a large payout may be possible on a bank transfer and not on a QR wallet.

Transactions travel over encrypted connections and every account goes through KYC before its first payout. Keep your own side tidy as well: two-step login on the casino account, a separate password for your banking app, and no transaction references shared with anyone who contacts you first.
