Wing at Live777: Wing Bank App and Cash Xpress Agents
Wing is often described as a mobile wallet, and that undersells it. It started in 2008 as a mobile financial service and, after receiving a commercial banking licence at the end of 2020, became Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. What makes it different from every other route on this site is the Wing Cash Xpress agent network: more than 10,000 points covering every district of the country, where cash can be paid in or taken out. For a reader without a card or a full banking app, that is the route most likely to exist. This page covers using Wing for a casino account — in the Wing Bank App and through an agent — and how each affects a bonus. We have not confirmed how the operator handles Wing: which methods appear, and their limits, depend on the account — check the cashier.
How to deposit with Wing
In the Wing Bank App. Pick the promotion first and opt in if required. In the cashier, choose Wing and enter the amount in your casino account currency; the cashier then shows payment instructions — a QR, a merchant code or an account to pay. Approve the payment in the app, check the recipient name before confirming, and keep the receipt until the balance updates.
Through a Wing Cash Xpress agent. The safe way to use an agent is to pay cash into your own Wing account first and then make the casino deposit from that account in the app. Paying a stranger's account "on your behalf" at an agent is a third-party payment, and casinos reject or freeze those. Ask the agent about any charge before handing over the cash; whatever the agent keeps is money that never reaches the casino balance.
How to withdraw to Wing
Whether Wing can receive a payout depends on the withdrawal tab. Where it can, the money goes to the Wing account registered in your name, after the operator's review and verification — a Cambodian National Identity Card for citizens, a passport for foreign residents, plus proof of address. From there you can keep it in the app or withdraw cash at an agent, again checking any agent charge first. Where Wing payouts are not offered, the withdrawal tab shows the alternative routes for your account.
See the current offer at Live777Amounts that fall short of a bonus
Cash paid in at an agent is often a modest sum, and modest sums are exactly where promotion thresholds bite. The cashier minimum lets a payment through; the qualifying deposit of an offer decides whether it is matched. Both are set by the operator in the account currency.
Illustrative example, not a Live777 condition.
Suppose a welcome offer matches deposits from US$20. You pay in 82,000 riel in cash at an agent, the agent keeps a small charge, and your Wing account receives a little less; you then deposit the whole amount from a riel balance into a dollar casino account and US$19.60 is credited. The deposit is valid and the offer is lost. Paying in a margin above the threshold, or holding a dollar balance on Wing, avoids it.
Does a Wing deposit qualify for a promotion?
Promotion terms list eligible methods, and that line is the only answer. Local routes are often included in welcome and reload offers, but some offers exclude particular methods and some run separate terms for them. Check before paying, opt in before paying and pay the qualifying amount in a single transaction. If the bonus does not appear after the deposit, contact support immediately with the Wing receipt.
Cashing out with a bonus still running
A Wing payout cannot be faster than the moment your balance becomes withdrawable. If a promotion is still being wagered, a withdrawal request can cancel the bonus and the winnings it produced. Check the bonus section first; when it shows the wagering as complete, request the payout.
Keeping your Wing account safe
Mobile banking accounts are commonly linked to a phone number. If yours is and you change numbers, update Wing first and the casino profile second, or a payout may be sent to an account you no longer control. Never share PINs or one-time codes, and be wary of anyone in a chat offering to "deposit for you" at an agent: you would be handing cash to a stranger and the casino would see a third-party payment.
Wing and TrueMoney are different companies
You may see TrueMoney Wallet in some cashier lists next to Wing. They are independent companies; there is no joint "TrueMoney Wing" service, and a payment instruction that mixes the two names should make you stop and check. For other local routes, see ABA PAY and Bakong / KHQR, or the full payments overview.
A note on the law
Wide agent coverage makes paying in easy; it does not make gambling lawful. Cambodian citizens are not allowed to gamble under Cambodia's Law on the Management of Commercial Gambling, apart from state lotteries, and online casino operations in the country were announced as suspended from early October 2026. Check your own position before registering.
