How to withdraw from Live777 after a bonus

Most withdrawal guides start at the cashier. This one starts a step earlier, at the bonus balance, because that is where payouts most often go wrong. While a promotion is being wagered, part or all of your balance is locked, and a withdrawal request at that moment can cancel the bonus together with the winnings it produced. Below: how to tell whether your balance is ready, the payout steps, why the money goes back the way it came, and what the statuses mean. The method pages on the payments overview cover each route in detail. Which methods appear, and their limits, depend on the account — check the cashier at Live777 before you rely on any of them.

Before you withdraw: is the balance actually cash?

Open the bonus section of your account. If a promotion is listed as active, look at three lines: the wagering target, the amount already wagered and the expiry date. Until the target is met, the bonus funds — and in many offers the deposit that came with them — are not withdrawable. Some casinos show two balances, cash and bonus, and take bets from the cash part first; others merge them. The terms of the specific offer say which applies.

Illustrative example, not a Live777 condition.

Say you deposited US$30 (about 123,000 riel), received a US$30 bonus and had to wager the bonus 20 times — US$600 in stakes. After US$420 of play your balance stands at US$75. Requesting a withdrawal now, at 70% of the target, may forfeit the bonus and every win tied to it, leaving only what the terms treat as your own money. Playing on to US$600 and then withdrawing keeps the result. The same arithmetic explains why a large single win in the middle of wagering is not yet a withdrawable win.

Withdrawal steps

  1. Confirm that no bonus is still active, or that you accept losing it if you cancel.
  2. Make sure verification is complete: ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours.
  3. Open the cashier, choose the Withdrawal tab and pick the method — usually the one you deposited with.
  4. Enter an amount between the minimum and maximum withdrawal shown for that method, and read the confirmation screen for any fee.
  5. Keep the request reference. Watch the status move from pending to processed.

Payout timing, honestly

We do not publish payout times for the operator, because they are not ours to promise and they change. Two stages make up the wait. The first is the operator's review: verification, a look at bonus history, sometimes an extra check on larger amounts. The second is the rail: a transfer into a Cambodian bank or wallet, a card refund that travels back through the card network, or a crypto transaction waiting for confirmations. Weekends and public holidays can stretch any route that depends on banks.

Verification and the same-route rule

The first withdrawal usually triggers identity checks. Cambodian citizens are typically asked for the Cambodian National Identity Card, foreign residents for a passport, plus a recent proof of address. The operator may also want to see that the ABA, Wing, bank or card account you used is in your name. Money is generally sent back along the route that funded the account; if you used several, a payout may be split across them, and a card can usually only take back up to what it deposited, with the remainder going by another method.

Withdrawal limits and frequency

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier and can differ by method and by account level. A balance above a single-payout ceiling is paid in parts over the following cycles. Asking for many tiny payouts rarely helps: it multiplies any per-transaction fee on the bank or wallet side and can draw extra review. One clean request after wagering is finished is usually the quickest route.

If a withdrawal is stuck

A request that stays pending is most often waiting for a document — usually proof that the deposit method belongs to you. Check the account messages and the verification page first. If everything is uploaded, contact support with the request reference and the date. If a bonus was cancelled when you requested the payout and you believe the wagering was complete, ask for the wagering history of that offer in writing; the complaints guide explains how to present it.

The withdrawal methods normally mirror the rails you deposited with, and every cashout request starts in the same cashier tab. The minimum withdrawal and maximum withdrawal for each method are shown before you confirm, together with any fee taken on the operator's side.
